Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku zadávání veřejných zakázek prostřednictvím rámcové smlouvy a dynamického nákupního systému v ČR. The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of awarding public contracts by way of the framework agreement and the dynamic purchasing system in the Czech Republic.
