Anaerobic Intestinal Bacteria and Their Importance

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce v první části obsahuje základní charakteristiku významných striktně anaerobních bakteriálních rodů vyskytujících se ve střevě s uvedením jejich biochemických vlastností, výskytu, faktorů patogenity, mikroskopických charakteristik a kultivačních možností. V další části popisuje vývoj střevní mikrobioty v průběhu ontogeneze člověka a její význam ve zdravém střevě i možnost působení negativního. V rámci střevních onemocnění je důležitá prevence a léčba, která je uvedena ve třetí kapitole spolu s laboratorní diagnostikou.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis contains basic characterization of important strictly anaerobic bacterial genera occurring in the intestine, including their biochemical features, occurrence, pathogenicity factors, microscopy and cultivation. It also describes the development of intestinal microbiota during human ontogenesis and its importance in the healthy intestine as well as negative effects. Prevention, treatment and laboratory diagnostics of intestinal diseases is important and this information is in the third part of this bachelor thesis.
