Differences in Web Presentations of the Czech and the British political parties
Abstract:
The theoretical background and methods used for the purposes of the thesis are the critical discourse analysis, the political discourse and the genre analysis. The analysis studies differences in the presentation of the party, their use of linguistic and ideological strategies, and general grammatical, lexical and stylistic structure of the texts.
Abstract:
Základními teoretickými východisky práce jsou kritická teorie diskurzu, politického diskurzu a žánrová analýza. Práce se zaměřuje především na rozdíly mezi prezentacemi jednotlivých politických stran a rozdíly v jejich práci s lingvistickými, ale i ideologickými strategiemi, a na obecně gramatické, lexikální a stylistické vlastnosti.
