This bachelor thesis deals with organic winegrowing in South Moravia. The first part of the thesis is focused on organic winegrowing and its issues which every organic wine-grower should be familiar with. It demonstrates the fact that landscape of South Moravia has always been influenced by winegrowing significantly.
