The Process of Orientation in the Company

Abstract:

Předložená práce se zabývá adaptací a orientací zaměstnanců jako jednou z klíčových personálních činností v konkrétní mezinárodní společnosti. První část práce představuje společnost, ve které se konal průzkum a charakterizuje její hlavní produkty, vnější a vnitřní prostředí a její cíle pro nejbližší období. V teoretické části je analyzován proces orientace a adaptace zaměstnanců na základě studia odborné literatury a dále je pojednáno o činnostech, které průběh tohoto procesu výrazně ovlivňují. Ve čtvrté části se práce zabývá analýzou adaptačního procesu v konkrétním podniku, jak z pohledu personálního oddělení, tak z pohledu zaměstnanců a popisuje provedený výzkum. V závěrečné části je proces orientace a adaptace ve vybraném podniku zhodnocen, definovány problémy v plnění procesu orientace a adaptace a na základě vyhodnocení výsledků z provedených šetření jsou navrženy doporučení pro zlepšení jeho efektivnosti.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the process of orientation and adaptation of employees as one of the key personnel activities in the specific international company. The first part of the thesis presents the company in which the research took place and characterizes its main products, internal and external environment and its goals for the near future. The theoretical part analyzes the process of orientation and adaptation of employees based on studies of technical bibliography and deals with the activities that have an influence on the progress of this process. The fourth part is concerned with the analysis of the adaptation process in a particular company, both from a point of view of human resources and from a point of view of employees and describes the undertaken research. In the final part is process of orientation and adaptation in the specific company evaluated, problems in the implementation of process of orientation and adaptation are defined and recommendations to improve its efficiency are proposed and are based on evaluation results from taken investigations.
