Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza procesu interního auditu a řízení jakosti ve vybraném výrobním podniku. Výstupem této analýzy jsou pak konkrétní návrhy a doporučení, jak dosáhnout zlepšení těchto procesů, a tím přispět k vyšší efektivitě procesu řízení jakosti.
