Travel expenses for business entities

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je vyplácení cestovních náhrad při tuzemských a zahraničních pracovních cestách se zaměřením na podnikatelský subjekt. V práci jsou podrobně popsány zásady při poskytování cestovních náhrad a právní normy, se kterými je nutné pracovat. Dále jsou rozlišeny osoby, které cestovní náhrady vyplácejí a osoby, které je přijímají. Hlavní částí práce je popis jednotlivých druhů cestovních náhrad, způsob určování jejich výše, a to jak při tuzemské, tak i zahraniční pracovní cestě, způsob účtování a řešení z daňového hlediska. V neposlední řadě je popsán způsob poskytování záloh na pracovní cestu a konverze cizích měn u cest do zahraničí. V praktické části je problematika cestovních náhrad řešena u konkrétního podnikatelského subjektu, z pohledu jak zákona, tak z pohledu vnitropodnikových pravidel. Dále je popsáno zavedení nového software na vyúčtování cestovních náhrad u tohoto subjektu.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the reimbursement of domestic and foreign travel expenses by a business entity. In the thesis, the guidelines and the legal framework for travel and expense reimbursement are described. Furthermore there is a specification of the payees and receivers of the travel allowances. The main part of the work defines each type of travel allowance, the method of determining their amount, both for the domestic and foreign business trip, the accounting methods and tax impacts. Finally, the way of providing advances for business trips and foreign currencies conversion in case of business trips abroad are described. The practical part of the thesis shows the case of the travel and expense management of a particular business entity, from the perspective of both the law and the internal rules. It also illustrates the implementation of new software solution for travel and expenses management within the business entity.
