Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá profesním self-konceptem učitelů mateřských, základních a středních škol. Teoretická část práce je věnována vymezení obecného psychologického pojmu self-koncept a dále pokračuje tématem profesního self-konceptu. Její součástí jsou analyzované zahraniční studie. Výzkumná část je věnována analýze profesního self-konceptu učitelů a jejich srovnání.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the professional self-concept of kindergarten, primary and secondary school teachers. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of the general psychological concept of self-concept and continues with the topic of professional self-concept.
