Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je snaha o popsání historického vývoje textilní továrny Aloise Lembergera v Místku, a to mezi lety 1893, kdy továrna vznikla až do roku 1945, kdy byla znárodněna a postupně se stala součástí národního podniku. Kromě historického vývoje továrny je nastíněna historie textilnictví v regionu. Pomocí odborné literatury a archivních záznamů se práce snaží zachytit široké množství aspektů, které jsou s historií továrny spjaty. Jedná se jak o vedení podniku, výstavbu v areálu továrny, produkci, odbytiště tak i o zaměstnance. Práce je doplněna o dobové stavitelské plány, fotografie, pohlednice a digitální fotografie zachycující dnešní podobu bývalé textilní továrny.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to describe the historical development of Alois Lemberger´s textile factory in Mistek, from 1893, when the factory was established, to 1945, when it was nationalized and gradually became part of a national enterprise. In addition to the historical development of the factory, the history of the textile industry in the region is outlined. Using professional literature and archival records, the work tries to capture a wide range of aspects that are connected with the history of the factory. It concerns both the management of the company, constructions in the factory, production, sales, outlets and also about employees. The work is supplemented by period building plans, photographs, postcards and a digital photograph depicting the present-day appearance of the former textile factory.
