Cílem této práce je zhodnotit současnou situaci fenoménu brain drain v Maďarsku, vyhodnotit možné příčiny a důsledky a navrhnout některá realistická řešení dané problematiky. The aim of this thesis is to assess the current situation of brain drain in Hungary, evaluate the possible causes and consequences and suggest some plausible solutions to the issue.
