Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá dôležitou témou dnešnej doby vymožiteľnosťou práva v podnikateľskej sfére. Je rozdelená na tri kapitoly. Prvú kapitolu sme venovali právnym predpisom a základnej terminológii vymožiteľnosti práva.
