Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu právních institutů umožňujících stavebníkovi zřídit oprávněnou stavbu na cizím pozemku. Po právním vymezení základních pojmů je v práci pojednáno o obecných otázkách spojených se znovuzavedením superficiální zásady. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse various legal institutes that enable a builder to erect a construction on another person‘s property. After defining the fundamental legal concepts, this thesis deals with general issues of the Superficial Principle, which was reintroduced by the New Civil Code.
