Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vnitřní výstelku cévního systému – endotel. Tento orgán se přímo či nepřímo zapojuje do řady fyziologických i patologických procesů. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on endothelium, the inner lining of vascular system. This organ is directly and indirectly involved in many physiological and pathological processes. In vitro expanded endothelial cells could be beneficial to regenerative medicine. In this thesis, endothelial cells were enzymatically isolated from human saphenous veins.
