Sérologické metody při průkazu arbovirů

Abstract:
Řada arbovirů je etiologickým agens závažných onemocnění člověka a domácích i divokých zvířat. Sérologické vyšetření má zásadní význam v jejich diagnostice. Tato práce podává přehled sérologických metod, které jsou využívány při průkazu arbovirových infekcí. V práci je kladen důraz na arboviry ve střední Evropě.
Abstract:
Many arboviruses are etiologic agents of serious diseases in man, domestic and wild animals. Serology has the basic importance for their diagnostics. This work gives out a survey of serological methods, that are used for arboviral infections and puts place emphasis on arboviruses in Central Europe.
