From the history of the merciful Brothers of the Valtice convent in 19th and 20th century.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce přibližuje dějiny valtického konventu Milosrdných bratří v 19. a 20. století. Práce se zabývá založením řádu sv. Jana z Boha a počátky moravských konventů. Jádro práce představují kapitoly pojednávající o vývoji valtického konventu v meziválečném období a době komunistického totalitního režimu.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis approaches the history of the merciful Brothers convent Valtice in the 19th and 20th century. The work deals with the founding of the Brothers Hospitallers of St. John of God order and the beginnings of the Moravian convents. The core of the work are chapters dealing with the development of convent in Valtice in the interwar period and during the Communist totalitarian regime.
