Cell Cultivation on Nanomaterials

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na chování buněk na různých nanomateriálech. Nejprve je v práci popsáno tkáňové inženýrství, jeho hlavní zájmy a využití v klinické praxi. Dále jsou popsány nanomateriály, které se používají pro testování buněčné proliferace, a jejich rozdělení. Poté se práce věnuje buněčné linii MG-63, která je nejčastěji používanou linií pro toto testovaní. Popis chování MG-63 je zaměřen především na titanové nanomateriály. Následně je popsána adheze a její markery, které pomáhají přilnout buňce na nanomateriál. Nakonec se práce zaobírá chováním buněčné linie MG-63 na scaffoldu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the behaviour of cells on various nanomaterials. First, the thesis describes tissue engineering, its main interests and use in clinical practice. Next, nanomaterials that are used to test cell proliferation and their distribution are described. Then the thesis deals with the cell line MG-63, which is the most commonly used line for this testing. Description of behaviour MG-63 is focused mainly on titanium nanomaterials. Subsequently, adhesion and its markers are described, which help the cell to adhere to nanomaterial. Finally, the thesis deals with the behaviour of the MG-63 cell line on a scaffold.
