The concept of social housing in Statutory City of Karviná

Abstract:

Cílem mé teoreticko ? aplikační práce je popsat sociální bydlení ve Statutárním městě Karviná u osob s nedostatečnou kompetencí udržení dlouhodobého nájemního bydlení. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na bydlení, bytovou politiku a sociální bydlení. V části aplikační je popsaná stávající situace sociálního bydlení v Karviné, zejména u osob s nedostatečnou kompetencí udržení dlouhodobého nájemního bydlení. Závěrečná kapitola popisuje, na základě zjištění stávající situace, aktuální stav třístupňového bydlení ve městě a také mé stanovisko s doporučením.

Abstract:

The goal of my theoretical - application thesis is to describe a social housing in the statutory city of Karviná in persons with insufficient competence of long-term rental housing sustainability. In the theoretical part I focused on housing, housing policy and social housing. In the application part there is described the current social housing situation in Karviná, especially for people with the lack of competence to sustain their long-term rental housing. Based on my findings, the final chapter describes the existing situation, the current state of the three-stage housing in the city and also my standpoint with a recommendation.
