Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vibroakustickou terapií ke snížení stresu. V teoretické části je popsána vibroakustická terapie, výzkumy z této oblasti a vibrační lůžko Vibrobed. Druhá kapitola teoretické části se věnuje stresu, psychosomatickým onemocněním a technikám ke zvládání stresu. Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis delas with the vibroacoustic therapy that lead to readuction of stress. The theoretical part is divided into two main chapters. In the first, vibroacoustic therapy reserches from this field and the vibratory bed called Vibrobed are describe.
