Práce je věnována možnostem použití hydrofilní interakční chromatografie (HIILIC). HILIC je stále více populární technika používaná pro separace polárních látek na polárních stacionárních fázích ve vodně-organických mobilních fázích s vysokým obsahem organické složky (obvykle acetonitrilu). The theme of this thesis is the application options of hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC). HILIC has become very popular method for separation of polar compounds on polar stationary phases in aqueous organic mobile phases rich in the organic solvents (typically acetonitrile), which is very useful for separation of drugs, nucleosides, nucleotides, peptides, proteins, oligosaccharides, metabolites …more
