Práce se zabývá problematikou e-learningu ve vztahu k vzdělávání zaměstnanců knihoven v ČR. Úvodní teoretická část se kromě vymezení pojmu e-learning věnuje již existujícím on-line kurzům. The thesis deals with e-learning in relation to training library staff in the Czech Republic. Preliminary theoretical part, in addition to defining the concept of e-learning, is dedicated to existing online courses.
