Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce popisuje problematiku insolvenčního řízení a způsoby řešení úpadku fyzické osoby – podnikatele. Teoretická část obecně popisuje nejdůležitější pojmy insolvenčního řízení. V praktické části je demonstrován proces insolvenčního řízení a způsob řešení úpadku na firmě fyzické osoby.
Abstract:
This thesis describes the difficulties of the insolvency proceedings and ways of addressing the decline of natural person – entrepreneurs. The theoretical part describes in general terms the main insolvency proceedings. The practical part is demonstrated by the process of insolvency and bankruptcy on the way to deal with us individuals.
