Company restructuring in terms of sales

Abstract:

Prodejní oddělení je bezesporu jednou z nejdůležitějších organizačních složek v podniku. Pro jeho správné nastavení je nutné pochopit dílčí úkoly obchodních aktivit a vazby na další oddělení, především marketing. Pokud prodejní oddělení nevykazuje požadované výsledky, je nutné přistoupit k restrukturalizaci podniku. Rozsah a obsah restrukturalizace závisí především na analýze podnikových procesů a ekonomického prostředí. Snahu ozřejmit z teoretického hlediska funkce prodejního oddělení a restrukturalizaci podniku z pohledu prodeje doplňuji také o analýzu podniku Toyoda Gosei Europe a vlastní návrhy restrukturalizačních opatření.

Abstract:

Sales department is undoubtedly one of the most important organizational unit in the company. For proper adjustement it is necessary to understand each task of business activities and link to other company departments, mainly marketing. If the sales department does not give required results it is necessary to proceed with restructuring. The scope and content of the restructuring depends mainly on analysis of the company processes and ecnomical environment. Efforts to clarify theoretical aspects of the sales department functions and restructuring of the company in terms of sales are completed with analyse of the company Toyoda Gosei Europe and own proposals for restructuring measures.
