Anotace: Tato práce se skládá ze tří částí: části teoretické, části praktické a části analytické. Teoretická část se zabývá rekonstrukcí obalových konstrukcí, výskytem poruch po chybně provedené rekonstrukci a jejich vlivem na tržní hodnotu nemovitosti. V praktické části jsou vypracována dvě tržní ocenění. Jako první je provedeno tržní ocenění rodinného domu, nacházejícího se v městě Dobřichovice. …more

Annotation: This thesis consists of three main parts, the theoretical one, practical one and analytical one. The theoretical part covers the following topics: reconstruction of envelope constructions, occurrence of malfunctions after incorrect reconstruction and their effect on the market value of buildings.
