Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou leasingu, typy předčasného ukončení leasingu u osobních automobilů. Praktická část je zaměřena na problematiku z hlediska daňového a účetního dopadu u předčasného ukončení leasingu z pohledu pronajímatele a z pohledu nájemce. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení praktických případů předčasného ukončení leasingu a jeho dopady na pronajímatele a nájemce.

This thesis deals with the general characteristics of leasing, types of early termination of leases for cars. The practical part is focused on issues involving implications in terms of taxes and accounting from the early termination of a lease with the option to buy from the perspective of the lessor and the perspective of the lessee.
