Abstract:

HOLEROVÁ, Tereza. Komplexní ošetřovatelská práce o pacienta s CHOPN na interním oddělení. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Jana Hlinovská, Ph.D. Praha, 2021. 66 s. Tématem této bakalářské práce je komplexní ošetřovatelská práce o pacienta s chronickou obstrukční plicní nemocí (CHOPN) na interním oddělení kardiologie v ÚVN v Praze. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je podrobná analýza pacienta s CHOPN na interním oddělení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická práce se zaměřuje na definici onemocnění, etiologii a patogenezi, klinický průběh onemocnění a léčbu. Dále popisuje ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta s CHOPN a stručný popis ošetřovatelského procesu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na podrobný popis kazuistiky pacientky s CHOPN hospitalizované na interním oddělení. Kazuistika byla zpracována metodou ošetřovatelského procesu. Na základě získaných informací je dále zpracována ošetřovatelská anamnéza dle modelu Marjory Gordon a ošetřovatelské diagnózy dle NANDA International taxonomie II. 2015–2017. V závěru bakalářské práce je zhodnocen průběh péče o pacientku a stručně vytyčeno doporučení pro všeobecné sestry, pacienty a jejich rodinu.

Supervisor: PhDr. Jana Hlinovská, Ph.D. Prague, 2021. 66 p. The topic of this bachelor's thesis is a comprehensive nursing work on a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at the internal department of cardiology at ÚVN in Prague. The aim of my bachelor thesis is a detailed analysis of a patient with COPD in the internal medicine department. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical work focuses on the definition of the disease, etiology and pathogenesis, clinical course of the disease and treatment. It also describes the nursing care of a patient with COPD and a brief description of the nursing process. The practical part focuses on a detailed description of the case report of a patient with COPD hospitalized in the internal medicine department. The case report was writen up by the nursing process method. Based on the obtained information, the nursing anamnesis is further processed according to the model of functional health by Marjory Gordon and nursing diagnosis according to NANDA taxonomy II. 2015–2017. At the last part of the bachelor's thesis, the course of patient care is evaluated and recommendations for general nurses, patients and their families are briefly set.
