Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na činnost notářů, jak v historii, tak spojenou s nástupem digitalizace, jsou zde popisovány změny v jejich činnosti, zvyšující se požadavky na notáře. Práce představuje výhody a nevýhody digitalizace, jejich vliv na notáře i běžné občany; nové požadavky v komunikaci s účastníky; dále pak elektronické podpisy a jejich použití, vše ve spojení s eGovernmentem. Cílem práce je přiblížit činnost notářů a představit problémy, které přicházejí s novou dobou, novými požadavky, jak z pohledu notářů samotných, tak občanů, kterých se digitalizace také týká. Hlavním cílem práce je přiblížit činnost notářů, jejich důležitost v systému, upozornit na problémy spojené s nástupem digitalizace.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the activity of notaries, both in history and in relation to the onset of digitisation. It describes the changes in their activity and the increasing demands on notaries. The thesis presents the pros and cons of digitisation, its impact on notaries and ordinary citizens, the new demands in communication with participants as well as electronic signatures and their use, everything in relation to eGovernment. The aim of the thesis is to provide an insight into the activity of notaries and present the problems that come with the new age, new demands on notaries themselves and on citizens who are also affected by digitisation. The main aim of the thesis is to provide an insight into the activity of notaries, its importance in the system and to draw attention to the problems related to the onset of digitisation.
