The subject of the diploma thesis is the future use of the cultural monument of Bauer's villa by Adolf Loose. It is located in a smaller village in the district of Brno-venkov. The theoretical part clarifies the historical context of the industrialist Viktor Bauer and his collaboration with the important architect from Brno, Adolf Loos.
