Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na komparaci pracovní a psychické zátěže u všeobecných sester a zdravotnických záchranářů prostřednictvím kvantitativního šetření u 64 respondentů. Teoretická část definuje klíčové pojmy a specifika obou profesí, zatímco praktická část analyzuje konkrétní stresory a copingové strategie. The bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of occupational and psychological load between general nurses and paramedics through a quantitative survey of 64 respondents.
