Corporate culture supporting dynamic development of a company

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Podniková kultura podporující dynamický rozvoj podniku“ je analýza podnikové kultury vybraného podniku s cílem formulovat taková doporučení, která povedou k jejímu zlepšení a současnému zlepšení hospodářské efektivnosti podniku. Náplní teoretické části práce je popis podnikové kultury a možnosti jejího účinného ovlivnění. V praktické části práce jsou uvedeny výsledky šetření a jsou navrhnuty doporučení podporující její změnu.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis „Corporate culture supporting dynamic development of a company“ is an analysis of a corporate culture with the aim to suggest a plan for changes of the corporate culture, that will lead both to an improvement of the corporate culture as well as to an improvement of the corporate efficiency. The first part of this thesis refers to description of corporate culture and to effective ways to change it. In the practical part, the results of the research are presented and the recommendations leading to a change of the corporate culture are proposed.
