Tématem mé bakalářské práce jsou asistenční služby v pojišťovnictví. Účelem práce je analýza současné nabídky asistenčních služeb konkrétního vzorku tří největších pojišťoven na českém pojistném trhu. Práce je koncepčně rozdělena do dvou částí.
