Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá frakcionací forem síry v ropě a jejím následným stanovením pomocí metody ICP - OES. Teoretická část popisuje vznik, druhy, složení a zpracování ropy se zaměřením na sirné sloučeniny v ní obsažené. This bachelor thesis deals with fractionation of the sulphur forms in crude oil and its determination by ICP - OES. The theoretical part describes the origin, types, composition and processing of crude oil focusing on the sulphur compounds contained therein.
