Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce s názvem „Analýza současné organizační struktury podniku v souvislosti s procesy v podniku a návrhy na zlepšení“ je analýza změny v organizační struktuře firmy K. Hartwall vzhledem k aktuálním změnám probíhajících na evropském a světovém trhu. Posláním této práce je navrhnout takovou organizační strukturu aby byla pro firmu vyhovující a přínosem.
