Motivation system of the concrete organization in public and private sector

Abstract:

Cílem této práce bylo zodpovězení otázky, zda existuje rozdíl ve spokojeností s motivačním systémem v konkrétní soukromé organizaci a konkrétním subjektem státní správy. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První, teoretická část, obsahuje vymezení pojmu motivace, její zdroje, typy a teorie. Druhá část popisuje metodologii k získání odpovědi na hlavní výzkumnou otázku a třetí část je empirická. V této třetí části jsem prostřednictvím rozhovorů se zaměstnanci konkrétních organizací veřejného a neveřejného sektoru zjišťovala, jak jsou spokojeni s motivačním systém v jejich organizaci a poté porovnala, zda je v obou typech organizací motivační systém stejný či rozdílný a která složka motivačního systému zaměstnancům v obou typech organizací schází. Výsledky těchto zjištění budou předány vedení konkrétních organizací, aby pomohly zaměstnancům dosáhnout spokojenosti a organizacím splnit určené cíle, to vše v rámci možností zvolených subjektů v soukromé sféře a státní správě.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to answer the question whether there is a difference in satisfaction with motivational system of the specific private organization and specific subject of the state administration. This work is divided into three parts. First theoretical part consists of defining the definition for motivation, its sources, types and theories. Second part describes the methodology for getting an answer for the main examined question. Third part is simply empiric. In the third part, throughout the interviews with employees of the specific organization in public and nonpublic sector, I have been finding out whether they are satisfied with motivational system of their organization. Later, I have taken the results and compared both motivational systems of those sectors and which component is missing in both organizations. The results of this work will be given to specific organizations to help build satisfaction among employees, help reaching the specific aims of the organization.
