My bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to problems of the Facebook's IPO on NASDAQ. The first part of my bachelor’s thesis is devoted to financial markets and their structure, the stock market and their functions, and also in this part is analyzed issue of IPO procedures and the reasons for its implementation.
