Předmětem bakalářské práce je navrhnout vhodný způsob rozdělení režijních nákladů pro firmy střední velikosti v obvyklých oborech podnikání tak, aby bylo umožněno přesné sledování režijních nákladů podle jednotlivých druhů a bylo nastaveno účelné řízení nákladů v podniku.
