Hlavním cílem předkládané bakalářské práce je poskytnutí obecného náhledu na problematiku uznání a výkonu cizích rozhodčích nálezů v režimu univerzální Newyorské úmluvy. Úvodní kapitoly se zaměřují na základní pojmy související se zkoumanou problematikou.
