Abstract:

VALOVÁ, K. Spokojenost poutníků s Cyrilometodějskou trasou jako podklad pro vytvoření dalších poutních stezek. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2018. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zjištěním spokojenosti a potřeb poutníků navštěvujících Cyrilometodějskou poutní trasu ze Svatého Kopečku na Velehrad. V rámci teoretické části je na základě odborné literatury popsán význam a historie poutnictví v Evropě a na našem území. Dále se práce konkrétně zaměřuje na poutní trasy spojené s Cyrilem a Metodějem a na rozvoj těchto tras v České republice. Cílem výzkumu je pomocí analýzy výsledků dotazníkového šetření identifikovat, co je pro poutníky na trase důležité a co by eventuálně zvýšilo jejich spokojenost. Na základě vyhodnocení tohoto dotazníkového šetření a provedení kombinačního třídění byla potvrzena 1. hypotéza, tedy že většina poutníků na této trase vyznává křesťanství. Naopak 2. hypotéza, která tvrdila, že poutní trasa je již dostatečně známá široké veřejnosti a propagace je tedy na vysoké úrovni, byla vyvrácena. Výsledky šetření potvrdily, že dotazovaní poutníci jsou s vybranou poutní trasou spokojeni a v budoucnu se na ni budou vracet. Návrhy na zlepšení zázemí vybrané trasy, které rovněž z šetření vyplývají, jsou užitečné k rozvoji dalších poutních tras v České republice a také k vybudování mezinárodní sítě těchto stezek, které je už nyní plánováno.

VALOVÁ, K. Satisfaction of pilgrims with the Cyrillo-methodian route as a basis for the creation of other pilgrimage paths. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel university in Brno, 2018. The diploma thesis deals with the satisfaction and needs of pilgrims visiting the Cyrillo-methodian pilgrimage route from Svatý Kopeček to Velehrad. The theoretical part, based on academic literature, describes the importance and history of pilgrimage in Europe. Then, the work focuses specifically on the pilgrimage routes connected with Cyril and Methodius and the development of these routes in the Czech Republic. The aim of the research is to identify what is important for pilgrims on the route and what could help to increase their satisfaction.Based on the evaluation of this questionnaire survey and the combination classification, the first hypothesis was confirmed. The most of the pilgrims on this route professed to Christianity. On the contrary, the second hypothesis, which claimed that the pilgrimage route is already well known to the general public, and the promotion is at high level, was refuted. The results of questionnaire survey confirmed that the interviewed pilgrims are satisfied with the selected pilgrimage route and they will return to the route in the future. The suggestions to improving the background of the selected route are useful for developing another routes in the Czech Republic, and also for making an international network of these routes.
