Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje problematice přepravy nebezpečných věcí v silniční dopravě.Práce hodnotí silné a slabé stránky přepravního procesu z pohledu bezpečnosti a podává návrh na řešení vzniklých kritických situací. První část práce se věnuje legislativě, která je s tímto oborem přímo spjata (národním a nadnárodním úmluvám o přepravě nebezpečných věcí po silnici). Druhá část je zaměřena na výzkum a zhodnocení silných a slabých stránek přepravy a dodržování předpisů ohledně bezpečnosti. V závěru se autor věnuje vyhodnocení výzkumu a podává návrh na odstranění slabých a posílení silných stránek přepravy.

Abstract:

This bachelor is focused on the problems of transportation of dangerous goods on the road. The bachelor thesis evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of process of transportation and critical situations formed in this process. In the first part of bachelor thesis is defined national and international legislative used in transportation of dangerous things. The second part is focused on research of strengths and weaknesses of transportation and compliance with regulations regarding safety. The conclusion is targeted to elimination of weaknesses and strengthening of strengths.
