Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře se základními vzájemnými vztahy mezi sportem a právem. Z této problematiky se podrobněji věnuje rozboru občanskoprávní a trestněprávní odpovědnosti sportovců za sportovní úrazy.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to introduce the basic relations in terms of sport from the legal point of view and the sportsman's legal liability for injury is discussed in terms of Czech legal system.
