Kritické hodnocení projektového řízení ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract:

V moderním obchodním prostředí existuje mnoho přístupů k řízení projektů, včetně agilních metodologií, vodopádových metodologií a kombinací těchto existujících metod. Pro organizace je těžká a důležitá volba vybrat rámec, který bude v jejich konkrétním kontextu nejefektivnější. Tato práce studuje procesy projektového řízení používané ve vybrané společnosti X a hodnotí efektivitu těchto procesů z hlediska časových plánů, finančních zdrojů, lidských zdrojů a dosažené kvality. Procesy využívané ve firmě X jsou studovány na příkladu tvorby kurzů kódování, realizovaných týmem 22 lidí pod vedením autora bakalářské práce. Provádí se kritické hodnocení procesů ve společnosti X s ohledem na nejběžnější existující metodiky projektového řízení a nejlepší postupy popsané v literatuře. Následně jsou pro společnost učiněna doporučení a závěry, které jí umožní procesy v budoucnu zlepšit.

Abstract:

There are many approaches to project management in the modern business environment, including agile methodologies, waterfall methodologies, and combinations of these existing methods. It is a hard and important choice for organizations to select the framework that will be most efficient in their particular context. This thesis studies the project management processes used in the selected company X and evaluates the efficiency of these processes from the standpoint of timelines, financial resources, human resources, and reached quality. The processes utilized in company X are studied on the example of coding courses creation, executed by a team of 22 people, led by the bachelor’s thesis author. Critical evaluation of the processes in company X is conducted, taking into consideration the most common existing project management methodologies and best practices described in the literature. Afterward, recommendations and conclusions are made for the company that will allow it to improve the processes in the future.
