Táto práca sa zaoberá teoretickým vymedzením základných pojmov súvisiacich s regiónom a nezamestnanosťou. Pomocou vybraných ekonomických ukazovateľov si kladie za cieľ analyzovať vývoj nezamestnanosti v SR a vývoj regionálnej nezamestnanosti vo vybranom období.
