Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Postavení a organizace územní samosprávy v procesu reformy veřejné správy“ je rozbor průběhu reformy územní veřejné správy v ČR, rozbor postavení a organizace územní samosprávy a zhodnocení jejích výsledků z hlediska efektivnost územní veřejné správy a její dostupnosti občanům. První kapitola obsahuje historický exkurz. V druhé kapitole je analyzován průběh územní reformy veřejné správy. Ve třetí kapitole je analyzován stávající systém současné samosprávy. Ve čtvrté kapitole je provedeno zhodnocení výsledků této reformy.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: „The status and the organisation of the local self-government in the process of the public administration reform“ is to analyse the course of the local public administration reform in the Czech republic, the analysis of the status and the organisation of the local self-government and the evaluation its local public administration effects and its availabity to citizens. The first part contains the historical excursin. In the second part there is the process of local public administration reform analysed. In the third part there is the existing system of the present self-government. In the fourth patr there is the evaluation of this reform resulst executed.
