Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou pojištění profesní odpovědnosti a jeho užití u vybraných profesí. Pro tuto práci byly vybrány profese z oblasti práva – advokát, notář a soudní exekutor. V teoretické části práce je nejdříve rozebrána obecná charakteristika odpovědnostního pojištění. This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of professional liability insurance and its use in selected professions. I choose for this paper law proffessions – lawyer, notary and court executor.
