Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o médiích a masové komunikaci, vysvětluje oba pojmy, jejich historii a druhy. Objasňuje, jak je finanční instituce využívají ke komunikaci s klienty a veřejností. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo, zjistit jakými prostředky stimulují banky a jiné finanční instituce prodej svých produktů. Je zde popsáno co to banky a jiné finanční instituce vlastně jsou, jaké produkty nabízejí a prostřednictvím kterých médií. Dále se pak věnuje podpoře prodeje a reklamě s ohledem na bankovnictví.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the media and mass communication, explaining the two terms, their history and types. It explains how can financial institutions use media for communication with their clients and the public. The main objective of this study was to find out what means banks and other financial isntitutions use to sell their products. It describes what the banks and other financial institutions really are, what products they offer and through which media. Furthermore, it focuses on sales promotion and advertising, both generally and with regard to banking.
