Advanced preparation of noble metal nanoparticle colloids
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou koloidních roztoků nanočástic ušlechtilých kovů a jejich následnou charakterizací pomocí povrchem zesílené Ramanovy spektroskopie s využitím organických barviv. Také bylo testováno použití připravených koloidů na měření SERS vybraných biomolekul.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with preparation of nanoparticles of noble metals followed by their characterization by surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy using organic dyes. Also, SERS of selected biomolecules was obtained using the prepared nanoparticles.
