Economic Analysis of Municipality

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hospodaření obce Klobouky u Brna, a to v období 2015 – 2018. Cílem práce je zhodnocení hospodaření obce, a to na základě finanční analýzy. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je zaměřena na teoretická východiska obce, rozpočet obcí a proces rozpočetnictví. V druhé části je prve představena sama obec Klobouky u Brna a dále je provedena analýza hospodaření obce v oblasti rozpočtových příjmů a výdajů. Součástí je i zhodnocení zadluženosti a platební schopnosti obce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the management of the village Klobouky u Brna, in the period 2015 – 2018. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the economic management of the municipality, on the basis of a financial analysis. The work is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical basis of the municipality, the budget of municipalities and the budgeting process. The second part first introduces the village of Klobouky u Brna itself and then analyzes the management of the municipality in the area of budget revenues and expenditures. It also includes an evaluation of the indebtedness and solvency of the municipality.
