V této diplomové práci se zabývám analýzou právní úpravy vztahu mezi zdravotnickým personálem a pacientem s omezenou svéprávností včetně nezletilých. Popisuji práva a povinnosti smluvních stran. K provedení zákroku je potřeba získat souhlas pacienta poté, co byl o zákroku řádně informován. Bez souhlasu lze hospitalizovat pacienta nebo provést zákrok pouze ve vymezených případech. In this thesis I analyse the regulation of the relationship between the medical staff and patients with limited legal capacity, including minors. I describe the rights and obligations of the parties.
