The issue of employment contract in public and private sector
Abstract:
Tato práce poukáže na to, co to pracovní smlouva je, za jakých možností a podmínek ji můžeme získat. Pokusím se pojmy jako je zaměstnanec, zaměstnavatel, pracovní poměr, pracovní smlouva co nejlépe definovat. Rozsah práce koresponduje s osnovami předmětu.
Abstract:
This work points out what this employment contract , under what conditions and opportunities we can get . I'll try to concepts such as employee, employer, employment , labor contract that best define . Scope of work corresponds with the curriculum of the subject .
