Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je právní rozbor úpravy oddlužení s poukazem na jeho ekonomické aspekty. Práce je rozdělena do 4 částí. Nejprve se věnuji zadluženosti ČR a osobnímu bankrotu převážně z ekonomického hlediska. The aim of this thesis is to analyze personal bankruptcy, identify problematic areas and propose solutions. First part of my thesis is dedicated to debt in the Czech Republic and personal bankruptcy mostly in economic terms.
