Business planning document - Expanding business activity of SBD Ocelář, housing co-operative

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na potřeby společnosti Stavební bytové družstvo Ocelář, která se zabývá správou bytového a nebytového fondu. Současným trendem je převádění družstevních bytů do osobního vlastnictví a vznikání společenství vlastníků, kteří si chtějí správu vlastního bytového domu provádět sami. V současné době zvažuje o rozšíření podnikatelských aktivit provádění rekonstrukcí vlastní podnikatelskou činností. Teoreticko - metodologická část popisuje jednotlivé postupy při tvorbě podnikatelského plánu. Mým úmyslem popsat jeho základní obsah, ale i poukázat a zdůraznit souvislosti, že jednotlivé kroky podnikatelského plánu jsou velice provázané. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikování teoretických poznatků a vypracování podnikatelského plánu na rozšíření podnikatelských aktivit společnosti SBD Ocelář o provádění staveb, jejich změn a odstraňování.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s work is aimed at the needs of the company Co-operative building society Ocelář, which is occupied with the administraion of the housing and the non-housing capacity. The actual trend is the transfering of the cooperative flats to the personalty and creating the association of the owners, who want to do their flat’s administrations themselves. In the present it considers about the expansion of the entrepreneurial activities by the performing of the reconstructions with their own buisness activities. The theoretical part and the methodological part describe the individual goings of the creation of the entrepreneurial plans. My intention was to write it’s primary contens and to refer and to stress the contexts that the individual steps of the entrepreneurial plan are connected with each other. The Practical part is aimed at the aplication of the theoretical findings and at the creation of the entrepreunieural plan which is to expand the entrepreuneurial activities of the company Co-operative building society Ocelář and these activities are about performing, changing and removing the constructions.
